Door-to-Door Flyer Distribution
We cover all areas in and around Cape Town, Paarl and Stellenbosch as far as Velddrif, Robertson, Swellendam and Bredasdorp. Every delivery is tracked and recorded with latest GPS technology.
Addressed Deliveries
We deliver letters, newspapers and magazines addressed to specific individuals at exact addressed. Each proof of delivery is captured through our GPS monitoring system and presented to you in our full detailed report.
Flyer Design and Printing
If you don’t have flyers yet, we also offer professional flyers design and affordable printing of flyers, pamphlets, brochures, and folded leaflets. We can handle your campaign from design, printing and distribution
Traffic Light Handouts
Our friendly promoters can hand out up to 500 flyers per day each to motorists at Cape Town’s busy traffic intersections. Their movements are carefully tracked via GPS tracking devices.
Pedestrian Handouts
Our friendly promoters can hand out up to 1000 flyers per day each to pedestrians at train stations, taxi hubs, busy shopping areas and at events.
Legal Notices
We provide several layers of proof that your legal notices or public announcements have been delivered to their intended recipients, including signatures, pictures and GPS recordings.
HOW WE MONITOR OUR DISTRIBUTORS

The blue line on the map shows the exact route taken by our distributor through the Bishopscourt area, our targeted distribution zone. The blue flags indicate the precise location of each letterbox where a leaflet was delivered.
We understand that technology alone cannot guarantee quality flyer distribution. That’s why we employ only full-time, well-compensated staff—never casual or temporary workers. Our team is continuously motivated and incentivized to deliver with precision and care.
Every distributor’s performance is tracked exclusively via GPS data, not verbal reports or time logs. A job is only considered complete when GPS tracking confirms that the distributor has:
- Covered every street within the target area
- Delivered a leaflet to each letterbox
- Followed a clear zigzag pattern, showing that both sides of the street were covered without skipping houses or leaving gaps
This method ensures accurate, transparent, and trustworthy flyer distribution, setting us apart from other services.
HOW We handle your order
We are your one stop shop when it comes to flyers distribution campaign,
1.ENQUIRY AND PLANNING
Whether you already have your flyers or need help with design and printing, our sales team is here to assist. We’ll help you plan the most effective distribution strategy and, if needed, collect the flyers directly from your office or printing partner.
2.QUOTATION OR INVOICING
Once you confirm the target area, flyer quantity, and preferred distribution date, we’ll send you a detailed quotation or invoice. From there, we schedule collection — either the day before or on the day of distribution — for a seamless process.
3.DISTRIBUTION AND HANDOUT
As soon as we have your job scheduled and we collect your flyers we distribute or handout out your flyers in the target areas, and if distribution is to be done in more that two you have access to progress map link that shows you the areas we have covered and to date.
4 DETAILED REPORT
After completion, we provide a full report including delivery summaries, distribution maps, and — where applicable — photos and signed proof-of-delivery sheets. This ensures full transparency and accountability for every campaign.
OUR PRICING
Our pricing for flyers, brochure and newspapers have three different tiers and we charge a minimum price of R635 if your flyers are less 1000 or your target areas require less than a 1000 flyers.
Door-to-Door Joint Flyer Distribution
If you add your flyer, pamphlet, brochure or newspaper to our regular rounds that we do in certain areas. On these rounds, your flyer will be distributed together with other flyers
Door-to-door exclusive flyers distribution
If you want your flyer distributed in an area in which we don’t have regular rounds, or if you want your flyer distributed exclusively on its own, these are indicated by red shapes on the map.
Door-to-door distribution in Exceptional areas
In certain areas where the houses are far apart from each other, more labour is required to distribute flyers. In these areas our rate is based on the amount of labour required.

For traffic light handouts our promoter can handout an average of 350 – 500 flyer per day depending on the intersection and our rate is R710 Excl. VAT per promoter.
Addressed Deliveries (Magazines, Calendars, Legal Letters)
For the distribution of addressed magazines, calendars, packages, legal letters and other addressed items (our minimum of 100 items / packages within 3km radius)
Magazine Distribution (Bulky deliveries )
Depending on the weight, we might regard your magazine as a brochure and we strongly recommend that all magazines be individually wrapped in plastic.
